By mercy, I've been given a pretty effective tactic in this rolling little war with Thor. Only two words, but they have been invaluable:
Think. Slower.

My comment has nothing to do with your post, but I don't know where else to put it. I hunted you down because I saw that you nominated Flashpoint for a Clives Staples award. I've seen your comments around the Lost Genre Guild and Frank's Review blog before, but I am afraid I didn't bother to look you up at the time. Anyway, having been designated "biggest fan" by Frank Creed, I was so pleased to see the nomination. Especially since it wasn't me that did it; Rebecca Miller and a lot of the others know my preferences. In the future, I may actually make a comment or two that pertains to the subject of your blog. Interesting place you have here.
Actually, the only comments I allow from humans are ones that are completely off topic.
Well played. And welcome. As long as you form your next post in the style of a spam solicitation, or can name your five favorite Fred MacMurray films, you're golden.
My favorite Fred MacMurray movie was Follow Me Boys. As a teenager, I also liked The Happiest Millionaire, but that was mostly for John Davidson. Then there's The Absent-minded Professor/ The Egg and I, and The Shaggy Dog.
You are so golden.
Glimmering and shimmering. I'll trade you Happiest Millionaire for Double Indemnity, relegate AMP to honorable mention in the place of Murder, He Says.
But any friend of Fred is a freind of mine. Did you know that he was actually a troll?
No, I never realized that he was a troll. I suspected that about Uncle Charlie, though.
